Very professional and polite team. Discussed each piece of work to explained what was being done and why. Good clean up after work completed.

We had a leak in our lead roof. Jamie was the only business that came and went up on the roof - other quotes were from business with drones. He was able to ascertain straight away that the floor underneath was spongey and therefore compromised and quoted based on worst case scenario. Being January the weather was horrendous but Jamie and his team made sure to be ready when there was a dry spell dry and worked extra long hours to get it all finished, which we were incredibly grateful for. I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie and his team - hardworking, knowledgeable and honest.

The flashing round the chimney had come away and needed replacing to stop rain dripping down the wall and potentially getting inside. Jamie came to inspect what was required and explained it clearly. He provided a quote which we were happy to accept and then arranged for the work to be done. On the day, the workers were polite and helpful and showed us photos of what had been done. I would be happy to reccomend them to others.

Another really easy experience with Jamie and his team. Called Jamie to report a leak down the side of the chimney. He was out within 24 hours to assess it and provide a quote to repair. Once the quote was accepted I was kept up to date the whole way through as to when scaffolding was going up. Within a week of the scaffolding going up the leak was repaired and scaffolding was back down. I will be using J.Skene roofing and recommending him from now on.
