Although the work was completed eventually and they did what I asked they did add on an extra £20 to take the waste which caught me off guard. For 2 days they were supposed to be coming and I waited in without sufficient communication. They did what I asked but it would have been nice not to have been let down twice and the additional charge on top of the existing quote.

They stole my shovel. This job was done in May and it has been almost 3 months now. Admitted to taking my shovel and been telling me that he would return in a specific day but never showed up. Then offered me to transfer the cost of the shovel. Again, lies. Always finding excuses to not pay. Very unreliable. Up till now, I’m still trying to get it back/ transferred.

Initial communication and quote were very good and arrangements were made for them to do the job on either Friday afternoon or Saturday morning. However they didn't turn up on either day and haven't replied to the two messages I've left via the app
