  Excellent bathroom renovation

Joe did phenomenal work on our bathroom renovation. It was not an easy job, as it involved not only a full refit and retiling of a very dilapidated 30-40 year old bathroom, but also knocking down a wall and building a shower room in what was previously a separate toilet, laying new pipes, straightening walls, etc. Joe and his team are highly competent, professional and friendly. Highly recommended especially for complex projects. Book in well in advance because they are popular - it is well worth it.

They are a very popular firm, so the earlier you apply the better

Our full bathroom upgrade was completed in a thoroughly professional manner, with little inconvenience to us. From the quotation supplied by Joe Long to the onsite craft work carried out by James Eden, they were very impressive both with the quality of the workmanship and the care taken to keep us updated with the work progress. Are we happy with the result?, very happy and will give them 10 out of 10 as a result. Thanks from John and Liz.

  New shower doors.

Absolutely brilliant service from Joe from start to finish. He replaced our shower doors and did a fantastic job — everything was fitted perfectly and looks great. Really nice bloke as well — friendly, professional, and easy to deal with. He turned up when he said he would, worked efficiently, and left everything clean and tidy. The whole process went smoothly with no hassle at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.

Bath replaced with shower tray and screen

They operate in a pleasant, relaxed manner but are totally on top of their trade whether it be organisation or implementation. You are kept well informed at all stages and the workmanship is excellent and they keep the work area very clean and tidy.

Very competent plumbers and bathroom fitters

Had a new bathroom fitted including shower, tiling , toilet , basin and worktops. Work carried out to a high standard, with great attention to detail. JSL protected all carpets through the house before work started and kept everything clean & tidy. Good communication as to when they would arrive on site and easy to deal with. The only company I contacted who provided a clear itemised quotation. I would have them do other work for me in future and have recommended them to friends.
