Bathroom installation and tiling
Removed old bathroom and fitted new bathroom suite, including all tiling, heating, plumbing. I selected the various furniture items and Dave advised on suitability - this allowed me to shop around and get best prices. Quote for fitting was competitive - much more cost effective doing it this way than the 'fancy bathroom company' I approached last year, and I really can't imagine how the end result could have been any better - the end result is fantastic, we're really pleased with it. All aspects of the brief were delivered to a high standard, desired timescale and to budget.

New boiler fitted into my elderly Mum's house
A clear and concise quotation was provided. Dave arrived on time and the work was carried out as described in a neat, clean and tidy manner. We are certainly going to ask him to complete more work.

Very responsive and efficient
Needed replacement electric shower unit. Texted Dave Smith - he replied within 90 min, could come round the next morning for a look (fairly local). Texted a reasonable quote back that afternoon and offered to fit in the job the next day. Polite, wore overshoes, completed in 90 min or so, and left the area clean. We were very pleased. He was quick and responsive and we would certainly use him again.

Gas Boiler Servicing / Repair

Boiler service & Valve replacement.
I had hired J Smith & Sons for a boiler service and to diagnose and fix a radiator leak. David kept in communication prior to and on the day of the repair, arrived on time and was excellent throughout the works. I can highly recommend.
