Honesty, reliability, and quality
I initially engaged Joe to replace my gutters, soffits, and fascias. He explained to me that my roof needed replacing, and chimney needed rebuilding, taking me up on to the scaffolding and showing me all the problems. I am glad he did so, because I had a second opinion from my builder neighbour, which agreed, and I might have left it and suffered further damage otherwise. He quoted me reasonable sums for all the work. He and his two boys turned up when he said they would, did all the work he promised to a very high standard, and charged exactly what he had quoted.
