I had a log burner installed at my property. John from JS Property Maintenance dealt with all the building work required for the installation. There were problems due to the fact that the chimney breast was shared with the downstairs flat. John offered a practical solution to the problem and completed the work to very high standards. I am very pleased with the results. John is a perfectionist who takes pride in his work and wants the customer to be happy. I would not hesitate in recommending J S Property for any type of building work.

John was courteous, punctual and polite. He was also incredibly patient as I had issues with supplying my hearth and went out of his way to get the job down on time. I am very pleased with the finished product and would highly recommend him!

John and team did a great job laying out new patio and pathway, was flexible when requirements changed. Was on time and tidy, after being messed around before, is was good to deal with a team that knew what they were doing, and stuck to the agreement.
