James came over on the 17/5/2021 to do the repair which was water dripping from the guttering/edge of roof, on to my bedroom window sill. He said it was the guttering joint and he said he would seal this along with the two other guttering joints, one which didn’t need sealing and the other one had a slight drip coming from it. He said if the problem wasn’t fixed he would come out again to carry out the repair. The water is still dripping from the same place as before. I have contacted James, he promised to come over several times but never turned up. He never replied to my last message.
