They explained what the issue was in simple terms and didn’t try to overcomplicate things or push anything unnecessary. The team showed up when they said they would, got on with the job, and left everything tidy. The work itself looks great and feels solid, so it’s good to finally have peace of mind about it with also having the garante that they would come out if any problems occurd.
