Exactly what you want when you employ somebody. Great communications. Slight delays due to weather but that is understandable and was well communicated. As soon as the weather was good enough the job was done. They were prompt, polite, efficient and thoughtful. Cleaned up after themselves. If only all traders could be like this. I’ve saved them should I even need their services again.

James was professional and courteous, his quote to replace a flat roof was very reasonable and the work was completed skillfully and to a very high standard. The work carried out was exactly as described in his quote and the site was cleared afterwards. We have several other aging flat roofs and will have no hesitation in asking James back when the next one requires replacement.

James is a complete professional - provides an honest overview of the work required, costs, timings, etc. He is always on time, extremely pleasant and carries out the job efficiently and to the highest standard.
