  5 star experience in every regard. The quality of work carried out by extremely professional, courteous and diligent staff was outstanding. As a family we are so pleased we employed JSV roofing to carry out the work required. Establishing that a property requires a complete new roof will for majority be quite a worrying experience however I can honestly assure you John and his amazing workforce will remove any such worries as soon as they arrive on site to commence work. I never thought this would be the case - but my Mum is going to miss having the lads around.

• New Roof Tiles and Felting on an Old Cottage

  We cannot praise John and his team enough, from coming out the same day to Quote, to organising all the scaffolding and disposal of the old roof tiles and putting all the new roof, ridge tiles, flashing etc on, cleaning up and finishing the job, leaving everything clean and tidy. • Problem water running behind gutter onto wall.

  Rang them at their Hexham number Friday 16th Feb the chap advised they would attend on Monday 19th Feb before 10am. Never turned up so rang them they advised they would ring me back in 20 mins to arrange new appointment the next day which was difficult for me. However phoneback never happened.
