Gas Boiler Repair
Boiler stopped working and I could not rectify the situation myself. Called Jsw and they were able to come and take a look that afternoon on the way back from a previous job. After arriving at our house they had identified the several problems and were able to fix immediately. Incredibly professional and extremely courteous. Changes 4 radiant glands and 1 complete valve. Checked radiators for sludge build up.
Josh had good communication with booking arrangements and was reliable. Did the requested job with no fuss and cost as quoted. Outstanding service and customer care
From first enquiry for a boiler service, Josh’s communication was prompt, professional, and friendly. He answered all our questions about the Hive thermostat, kept us updated on his arrival time, and arrived exactly on time. The boiler service and Hive installation were completed to a high standard, and Josh took the time to walk us through the app and explain the differences between the Hive and Hive Mini.
