Very pleased with the end result. Modernised our hall stairs and landing with a new staircase and under stairs modular storage unit. Josh was trustworthy and his work was of great quality. Painter also did a fantastic job to add finishing touches.

Sadie was accommodating and provided 3 iterations of a quote. Gave great prompt advice and helped us source the right type of handrail. They were sympathetic to my dilemma ( I needed a handrail fitted for my dad to use when he got out of hospital) and were able to act quickly to source and fit the handrail. Josh was prompt and diligent and did a tidy job with no mess in good time.

Quick to quote and arrange fitting date.arranged to come 23 and 24June between 9&10-arrived 10.15 and left 4hours later.several issues rectified 26June:thumbturn not fitted on bathroom door,bedroom door catching on carpet,2door handles not straight,built in wardrobe double doors not level at bottom and not flush to each other when closed.outstanding issue latch plates too small for existing space.of most concern is damage to my Fatface cardigan of which Josh denies all knowledge.seemed like a rush job,no attention to detail or pride in work.no apology for any issues I raised.
