  Built garden room with small utility, removed chimney from lounge and converted into new Kitchen and converted previous kitchen into playroom

  Jay and his friendly team did a great job transforming our home and providing us with a lot more family friendly space at a fair price. This was an unusual build for Jay, since we were not creating one square open plan and it’s an old house, which comes with its own issues, but he took it in his stride and we overcame some hurdles with great communication and hard work from Jay. Very happy with the overall finish and Jays attitude and support throughout. Highly recommended. Thanks !

  Kitchen extension

  I had a rear extension with vaulted ceiling and 3 velux windows. Jay did everything from digging footings right through to the finish: windows, plastering, roof, electrics and plumbing. I chose and purchased the kitchen I wanted and Jay fitted it. Jay was on site every day, coordinating works and tradesmen he had brought in. I could see that the project was being managed well, I was informed at all stages of what to expect next. Communication from Jay was very good. I was really impressed with the cleanliness on site it was kept very tidy. The build was on budget and I’m very pleased with it

  Demolish and rebuild rear extension with open plan kitchen diner. Creation of new downstairs W/C.

  Our experience has been positive throughout the building work. Jay has taken a very proactive approach to the work, making several recommendations to us as the project progressed. One suggestion changed the design we had initially prepared that has resulted in a superior layout. We would have no hesitation in asking Jay to do further building work for us, and can wholeheartedly recommend him to others for such work. His friendly and approachable nature, together with his enthusiasm to do the job right, has made it a pleasure to business with him and his workers.
