I contacted Jesse to brace a small tree that had begun leaning more than usual. He arrived on time, assessed the tree, and advised that the canopy should be pruned and the tree braced against two wooden posts. I was surprised but pleased that he was able to carry out the work immediately while I went to work. Later, he sent me a photograph of the completed job and left a voicemail explaining that he had used screws rather than cable ties, stating that they would not damage the bark. Came to assess the tree and gave a quote. Offered to do the work there and then. J explained what he was going to do, checked I was happy with that, then got on with the job. Checked again that I was happy with what had been done. Tidied up afterwards and gave some advice re when tree might need pruning again etc. Happy customer.
