J was super lovely and a pleasure to talk to and he worked his socks off over the 4 days with us. However, our floor wasn't protected very well whilst he was painting and so there were various paint marks left on it afterwards. Also, the painting was quite patchy and I had to go over it in places a couple of times after the work was finished. J was a hard worker however so these points were minor and I was pleased that he was able to help us out so promptly and professionally.
