Absolutely shocking No contact with James.He don't pick up the phone don't answer the messages Think twice before You hire Him if You don't want to get more stress!Before We accepted the job James Offer 10 Year guarantee on His job and He promised Me to do excellent job. After few month when first heavy rain comes gutters split water started leaking on the window causing damaged. I have tried several times phoned Him message Him without any replay and now I really got enough I think no one want someone who don't get responsibility for job done . Absolutely disgusting

My tenant in Manchester reported damp appearing on bedroom chimney breast. JTL went to the venue to inspect; sent me multiple photos and a video of the problem showing the chimney deterioration. James quoted for the work and completed it on time as agreed. He kept me updated and provided further photos of the completed job. Professional and polite throughout. I would certainly recommend JTL and would happily use James' services again.

Agreed roof works and price at visit. JT agreed to send over quote and start in 7 days time. Then just went quiet, didn't turn up on agreed day of start. When called to discuss, JT denied agreeing a start day and promised to call back. That was 2 days ago! Still hasn't called or anything. Poor communication, poor management and total time waster!! Talks the talks but that's about it!

On a Monday I was looking for a roofer through Checkatrade to do a repair to the roof ridge tile. After submitting the job, James Taylor offered to give a quote after a few hours waiting. He arrived a few hours later to look at the job give is recommendations and a price. I agreed and later that evening he informed me he could start Wednesday. So on the day the work went well and was completed to my satisfaction. Being polite at all times. I duly paid and the area was spotlessly clean you would not known the work was done. Highly Recommended.

James turned up on time to give the quote and also to complete the job. Cleaned the gutters around the whole house and left everything neat and tidy. Would recommend JT Improvements.

Absolutely excellent. Sorted out an urgent-ish repair in 3 days (from first contact to completion) and communication was excellent throughout. They’ve done a really brilliant job.
