10/10 Locksmith, Kind & Speedy!
Jim was super speedy and really kind considering I'd manage to lock myself out on a Saturday afternoon. Considering the weekend and also it being a bank holiday, the cost was really reasonable - the phone was answered within two rings, bish bash bosh—now I'm in my house! Hurrah. Thanks so much Jim, you're great at breaking in!

Car lock
Jim was was a real hero. Needed car unlocked urgently after locking dogs in. Speedy response time, dogs saved and in time for a walk! :) great service and price. Would definitely recommend.

I had jammed locks on my front door and patio doors
This is the second time I've used JTL, I can't recommend James enough. He is honest polite, explains everything in great detail, then explains your options before carrying out the work. He is polite arrives on time and his workmanship and honesty is refreshing these days. There is no mess and no fuss, and there is no shock Bill with hidden extras. Simply does what is on the tin as they say. I highly recommend James and I would definitely use JTL again
