Fantastic work for loft boarding and ladder from JT Lofts! John gave us a detailed quote when he surveyed the job. Very prompt on the day, fast work but very respectful of our property. We are a small family run loft storage business, new to Checkatrade but certainly not new to the industry. We have been installing quality loft storage solutions around the North East since 2008. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and believe that a job should be done correctly, to a high standard, first time. We know how good our work is and as such we will never ask for a deposit from our customers before work begins. You pay nothing until the jobs complete and you are happy.
We use only quality materials from brands such a Fakro and Youngman, both leading manufactures of loft hatches and ladders. We raise the flooring above your loft insulation using graded timber, and the flooring is P5 grade moisture resistant, screwed down not nailed.
We care about our customers and our reputation matters to us. As such we are pleased to offer a full 10-year guarantee covering both parts and labour on all of our installations.
Our opening hours are 8am-8pm
