  Replacing existing loft hatch with bigger hatch and ladder. Also fitting an extra light in the loft.

  JT lofts were the only one of the 3 recommended to get in touch. They came, measured up and quoted for the work within a few days of my enquiry. However, due to their workload, I had to wait until yesterday to have the work done. The new loft hatch and ladder (plus extra light) were fitted, payment made and receipt received. But, they left quite a mess for the householder to tidy up as well as replacing some of the floor section in the loft. Mainly cosmetic stuff but took the edge of what could have been an excellent job.

  Replaced broken loft ladders

  Good communication. They were quite busy so had a little bit of a wait when booking, but i was happy to wait a little while as the price was reasonable. The young guys that came to do the work were friendly and pleasant, they arrived at the expected time and got on with the job. When finished they demonstrated how to use them, as slightly different to my previous ones. 10yr guarantee too. I can now get back into my loft, so I'm a happy bunny. Thanks so much guys! 😊

  Excellent service from survey and pricing to completion of the works. Arrived on time and as agreed, carried out the work and kept the area clean and tidy at all times. Would highly recommend.

  From the first communication, everything was a breeze. John kindly quoted for the required work and gave me detail of his plan and the materials which would be used. His team arrived bang on time to commence the job. They we very pleasant, respected my property and did a FANTASTIC job. I genuinely feel the job has been exceptional value for money, not only increasing my satisfaction with my own home, but adding essentially a 3rd story just for storage. Brilliant job lads.   Loft boarding and hatch replacement with ladder.

  Highly recommended. All works carried out to highest standards, punctual and took care to protect my property. The install team were very polite and friendly and discussed the installation clearly. I would have no doubt about using JT Lofts again.
