    Bathroom fix

    Aaron and his team came fixed my wife’s bathroom. Me and my wife have been trying to move into our property for months and we had someone previously come to do our bathroom but leave it in a complete state. Aaron came and gave a quote and worked on our property the following week. He understood our situation made things affordable and explained details to us every step of the way. Honest pricing and genuinely the work he done to our bathroom turned a simple idea to a brilliant experience. Myself and my wife highly recommend JT solutions.

    Great bathroom suites

    Aaron was great and very prompt with his work. He helped and assisted in the whole process of suggestions and recommending what would look good and practical. Arron in his quotation also mentioned more than some other builders and very competitive prices. I had Arron do x2 of my bathrooms and they look great! Overall very happy and provides a good warranty for his work for reassurance.

    Bathroom fitting

    Unfortunately I wouldn’t trust these guys to do any more work in my house, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. We had multiple issues that they seemed to shrug off, or flat-out lied about doing something when we caught them not doing it (namely, not replacing damaged flooring and covering it with a new shower tray, trying to tile the shower walls without waterproofing first, cutting tiles so wastefully we had to reorder £120 more and delay the job). Aaron also promised to pay for an emergency plumber (for a leak they left) and still hasn’t paid it. Really disappointing and expensive.

    Very sorry to hear this Ashley. Although it's mainly un true isn't it, You measured the tiles wrong, the leak was a drip from a faulty existing shower that was kept on the wall and not our work ! I also paid for the plumber when I was on holiday which you are fully aware and I have the proof via a screen shot. And the walls were tanked also provable. Very disappointing that lies are allowed to just be put onto this platform without my consent but it is what it is I suppose. All the best

    Renovation of Bathroom and Kitchen.

    Arron was excellent from start to finish. This was a job he communicated through me for a friend of mine. His personal skills and time keeping during every contact was superb! He work levels and skills for taking the job on was outstanding. His team was also great in supporting. This job was never easy, but Arron made it look easy. Cruising through each challenge. Also supporting work in areas he did not need to offer was really appreciated. Can’t thank him enough. Prompt and efficient as well.

    My heart and mind are at peace!

    Outstanding from start to finish. Professional, honest, and great communication throughout. His work is clean, precise, and you can tell he takes real pride in it—the finish is on point, especially the mastic detail. During the job, he found leaks the previous builder had missed, which saved us from bigger issues down the line. He genuinely cares about doing things properly. He’s coming back after the ceiling has been painted to mastic the ceiling edges. Top man! Highly recommend—He is most reliable, skilled and trustworthy.

    Complete bathroom fitting / tiling

    Really couldn’t be happier with the work Aaron and his team carried out. Attention to detail was brilliant, and some really good recommendations were given that we would never have even thought of. Everything was carried out to a very high standard. Just genuinely really nice guys to deal with - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.
