Fixing a leak from en-suite toilet
Thorough and professional throughout. Really courteous and checked several things before fixing and tested lots. In the lead up to the appointment everything was made clear and timings were kept. Toilet looks like it wasn’t touched at all and neatly sorted, area kept clean and tidy. Called Jason regarding ongoing issue with bathroom basin and toilet, he was friendly and professional and advised he could come out the following day, despite a difficult fix where x2 other plumber visits were unable to resolve the issues, Jason managed to sort the issues quickly and at a reasonable cost.
