J T plumbing were very professional, efficient and very friendly. They came to assessed the boiler, quickly confirmed the issue and came back the following week to do the repairs. Even when we needed an additional part ordered and something else needed fixing, Billy and Jake went above and beyond for us. These guys not only know there stuff but they are genuinely nice people too.

Jake responded swiftly and politely to my message on Checkatrade and came over soon afterwards. He identified the problem quickly and resolved it in an efficient and effective manner. Payment was also a seamless process. I would definitely recommend his services.

I tried to fix the leaking shower and replace the cartridge myself, it has proven tricky to get the old one out. Moreover, I just made the leak worse. So the guys came over on very short notice and quickly sorted everything out within less than an hour.

We did a LOT of research before deciding to go with JT Plumbing & Heating, and, nearly 1 year on, we're SO glad we did. It was a BIG 'remove old, and supply & fit new' job, including, 9 rads, 2 towel rails, rad & pump valves, and CH pump (plus some emergency furred-up pipework 'surgery', for which Jake didn't even charge us). Jake is very knowledgeable and a good communicator. He and his right hand man, Billy, were friendly, helpful, did the work efficiently and effectively, and with minimum disruption (and ensured all 'rubbish' was removed at the end). We highly recommend them.

We’ve used Jake and Billy several times, they’re an absolute pleasure to deal with. Always responsive, reliable and do a great job. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
