James is amazing. He talked me through my options every step of the way. He suggested a showroom to attend for ideas which made all the difference to my choices. He kept in touch with me throughout the job. He turned up on time every time. I felt lucky to have found him. His attention to detail is brilliant. James and his team were consistently punctual, polite, courteous and a pleasure to have around. We were really happy with the work carried out by James and his team and he even offered to level out our garden with some of the soil he was moving for the foundations, and was happy to make some slight alterations and touch ups when the work was completed without any qualms. From my first contact with James and Emily, I felt comfortable. James really knows his profession and it was an easy process from start to finish. The only time consuming element was us choosing the patio tiles! James provided the samples for us to get an idea of colours and textures. Always on time, polite, courteous and tidy. The weather held the job up a bit, but otherwise very efficient. Emily in the office was always quick and helpful to respond. I would highly recommend.
