Excellent service from start to finish. I had an issue with a hot water cylinder in a tenanted flat, including failed immersion heaters, leaks and previous work that had not been done correctly. John was thorough, clearly explained what he found, sent photos and videos, and got the system safe and working again. He also helped me understand what had gone wrong with the previous engineer’s work, which gave me the evidence I needed to challenge it and recover some money back. Professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Would definitely recommend.

Very impressed with their service! We had John come out to look at our shower, he was really patient (we were not home when he arrived, but he waited) and understandable. He explained what was wrong with the shower, and made arrangements with our landlord to get it fully replaced on the day. It took him around 10 minutes to remove the old shower, and install the new one. So really speedy and efficient. He was really polite and chatty throughout his visit, congratulated us on our new baby, and got the jobs done in record time. 100% would recommend.

John came out and quickly diagnosed the issue with the boiler, and arranged for the repair a few days later. Issue all resolved and boiler working again, John also gave me a quote for the installation of an outside water tap and completed this work for me also. Would recommend and will look to use for future work.

Had a new boiler installed by John after being let down by other installers. Very impressed with the communication and the quality of his work – he was punctual, tidy throughout, and clearly takes pride in doing the job properly. Would definitely recommend.
