Fast response came next day and completed work , Jim was polite , very chatty and tidy working explained everything and job done .would throughly recommend him and have again as no job to small for him.

I only messaged at 5pm on Thursday and they called and set up an appointment for the following day. Arrived at my requested time (due to work commitments) and completed job quickly and efficiently. Very pleased and will definitely use again.

Terrific service from JTS Plumbing in Ipswich! Jim arrived within 2 hours of my call and immediately located the source of water leaking under our bathroom wash basin. He recommended replacing the mixer tap and helped us choose a new one. Jim fitted the replacement tap within a couple of hours of his arrival. I highly recommend JTS!

Chap that came was pleasant, very informative of what was wrong and resolved the issues quickly. We haven’t had any trace of a leak since job was complete.
