Had a leak from the washing machine hose, it was located in an inconvenient place. JTS were able to come on the same day and fix the issue very quickly. Very professional and great communication from the moment I listed the job, the plumber was friendly and helpful and did a great job with the tap even though it meant adjusting the positioning on some pipes. I was a bit cheeky and asked for some help repressurising my boiler as I couldn't figure it out, while he wasn't sure himself (my boiler is weird) he got his boss on the phone and they sorted it as well as showing me what to do in future.
