Juan-Carlos was very reliable. he did a brilliant job of tiling round the bath and up the wall in the bathroom. Really good price. Happy to recommend.

We were so lucky to have found Juan. When we moved to our new build, Juan was working as a contractor to help finish, detail and do all the snags for the main developer. At that stage, he helped us with our snags and everything he made was as per our expectations. We then carried on asking for his services and in every ocassion he did his best. We are very happy with the quality of his work. He can do anything you can think of (see the bespoke under stair he did for us). When he cannot do it, he will tell you and offer solutions. Proactive, responsible, attention to detail, 100% recommended!

They did an amazing job

There was a language situation whereby Carlos hasn’t got the command of English language so it was very difficult to follow the instructions of the work but he kept saying yes yes yes he understands I have the work of sanding and varnishing my kitchen floor describing the work I show him many pictures many video of how to do the work but he still did not achieve the work to any good standard at all I request a full refund of my deposit as the work is atrocious and I have pictures and I will send them all to you on your request He has not completed the job Started on Monday he left at 12 o’

Juan carlos came to remove the previous stain on the floor and to fill the gaps between the floor board and re-sand very smooth and to re-varnished the floor He did not seem to understand what to do. He paint the filler on the floor all over he stained the floor on many colours he sand the floor in all kind of direction not following the grain of the wood. In my opinion, Carl is not good command of English and he does not know his work he is in my opinion Unfortunately, he did not understand what we ask him to do though we ask him on several times if he has done this work before he stated ye

Juan has helped me with a range of jobs including; fitting kitchen cupboards, floors, tiles, painting and plastering. These were all different jobs and I keep asking him to come back to work on our house! He is fantastic and I have recommended him to friends and family! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and great builder!
