Dining room extension and decking

This is the third time we've used Jubilee builders and yet again their work was exemplary. We used them in 2021 to do a top floor renovation, then again in 2022 when we were ready for the next stage - the downstairs and kitchen. We were so delighted with their work that had no hesitation in calling John early in 2024 to begin the final stage of our home renovations. This time a single storey extension and decked area. He managed the whole project and just like before, all the tradesmen arrived on time and worked to a very high standard. Renovations now complete and Jubilee were brilliant!

Extensive renovation

We employed Jubilee Builders for our renovation project. It was almost a complete transformation, from a small bungalow to a large modern building. Our builders have always been punctual and polite. Their work is excellent and they obviously take pride in what they do. The project has involved carpentry, brickwork, plastering and general building. I know that it can occasionally be a daunting prospect employing a new builder to a project, but we have not been disappointed with Jubilee Builders. Excellent value, too.

New roof and garage roof

John managed the whole project and he and his team were amazing from start to finish. Professional, Polite, reliable , trustworthy and hard working. Considering the size of the job and a few hidden surprises such as rotten beams, some rendering to sort out we now have a beautiful new roof with new soffits and guttering. Nothing was too much trouble to sort. We Would highly recommend John and his team as we couldn’t fault anything. Thank you ??

En-suite bedroom in loft

Overall quality of workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. Communication was regular and good being able to discuss issues and find solutions as the project progressed. Very trustworthy on all aspects including finances. All sub contractors also worked to a high standard and were polite and courteous. Worked full time on our project rather than running multiple jobs. We have no hesitation in recommending.

New roof coverings, fascia’s and gutters with some replacement beams

Quality of workmanship was excellent. Polite, friendly reliable and very trustworthy. Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish and would recommend them for any such works. Absolutely delighted with our new roof.
