Repair of garage door
Had a problem with an up & over garage door that wouldn’t open. Called Terry and he turned up with his work colleague to quote, after sourcing parts required, fixed the door. Unfortunately had a slight problem afterwards but Terry returned straightaway to fix the fault with no quibble or delay whatsoever and repaired it. Having worked in the service industry for many years I understand problems happen from time to time, it’s the level of customer service and how a company and it’s employees deal with the problems that set them apart from the rest. Garage door not opening properly
Terry and team turned up on time on a cold Saturday afternoon, they oiled the runners and got the door to open to where it should, checked the springs, and bless them, because it took so little time to do the work, didn't even charge me.
