The job involved connecting three appliances to a single waste pipe and replacing and relocating the water control valve. Everything was completed perfectly before our kitchen units were installed in July. She is superb — very professional, reliable, and an excellent communicator. Her approach was sustainable and forward-looking, always considering the whole picture rather than just a quick fix. Highly recommended!

She was so quick to respond, came out immediately and did the job at the time. She is very helpful, explains everything and gives advice. She is also very neat, clean and even put covers on her shoes at the entrance to the property which I haven’t experienced before. We are very impressed by her and she will be our go-to choice in the future.

The plumber let me know of a potential problem with booking but then let me know they were free to attend as arranged

Great service, responded really quickly, arrived on time. Iram replaced a faulty flush system,, work was carried out to a really high standard and was very thorough. Really pleased with them and will continue to use them in future.
