The work was to remove and dispose of damaged laminate and plywood, fit new plywood and LVT flooring including removing and refitting skirting boards. Jurassic Coast have done other refurbishment works previously at the property and we have always been exceptionally impressed with their service, from quoting right through to completing the work. Extensive work carried out (tenants left it in a disgusting state!) Whole new flooring (everywhere) & skirting Whole house painted (walls & ceiling) New bathroom & kitchen. Moved boiler, new rads & new electrics Denis made the project easy to understand and offered recommendations which I didn’t think of, I’m so happy he did. Arrived on time and kept me informed of the progress. I wasn’t living in the property at the time so I was worried about mess, but when I did visit the place was always tidy and clean (even though it was a building site!)
