  To check the boiler and provide the annual boiler service

  Prior to his check I alerted him of a possible boiler leak, that caused the pressure to fall requiring frequent adjustments. He completed the job in less than 10 minutes and stated: 1. Boiler is fine 2. Leak is not from the boiler. He was paid for the work In the next 10 days I informed him that the leak is definitely from the boiler. He agreed to revisit provided I pay the call out of £36, plus added charges over 30 minutes. Unable to trust him I called another engineer who replaced the damaged valve and the motherboard, after which the boiler operated smoothly.

  Thank you for taking time to leave a review. We can't comment on the specifics of this job as this job was done over 5 months ago. Apologies for having a negative experience with our company. We performed a standard boiler service, which unfortunately doesn't include fixing the boiler as that is an extra which would be charged at £66+vat + parts. If the engineer was told about leaks in the boiler, the engineer would have done a pressure test to make sure that there was no leak in the boiler itself. As we didn't hear back from you regarding this job, we presumed the boiler was fine after the service

  To replace manual Thermostat

  Richard has been fantastic and reliable from the very first phonecall. He gave me a price, a recomended replacement, and fitting costs when requested. I booked this in at the cost agreed, Richard came in the time slot allocated, fitted the thermostat quickly and also fitted a rediator termostat I asked about, which had been broken for a while for only the cost of the part. He was quick, efficient, excellent at keeping me informed of anything and operation of the new thermostat. Richard is very polite and helpful I would deffinatly recomend his skills and reliability
