  Clear site, mark out, excavate and put concrete foundations

  We commissioned Just Extensions to clear and excavate our back garden in preparation for a single storey extension. We were pleasantly surprised how efficiently this stage was completed and to a high standard. Concrete foundations were then poured including some additional underpinning work in readiness for the extension build. Rich and Tony's work gave us great confidence for the next stage(s) of the project.

  Removal of existing conservatory and site clearance

  My conservatory was carefully and safely taken down as I wanted to re use parts of it for another project. The concrete base was broken up in only a few hours and removed to the front of the property with a mini tipper. The grab lorry arrived the next day and cleared all the rubble. All very organised an efficient!

  Whole house renovation

  Second time I’ve used Rich and Tony - this time for seven months. They agreed to work in North Dorset. A 1990s house with poor layout: 3 beams, open plan downstairs, new floors on both levels. New drainage, brickwork and complete internal insulation to eco home standard with woodfibre boards, sheepswool in loft, airtight membrane and underfloor heating. Enabled a 4kw heat pump to be fitted (25% of original heat loss). New patios to rear and side with new storm porch to front.

  Small flat roofed side extension to facilitate wardrobe and en-suite.

  We are very pleased with the extension built by Just Extensions Drains were re-routed without any fuss, They dug 1.3 metre deep foundations in clay soil in very hot weather, wheelbarrowing the concrete. Very arduous. The brickwork they completed is excellent using old and new bricks matching well. Timber work for the flat roof and mini roof was to a high standard as was facia, soffit and guttering. Site left clean and tidy each day. They arranged first class tradesmen used for roofing, plumbing, electrical and plastering. Would thoroughly recommend Tony and Richard,

  Remove internal walls and install structural support

  Tony and Rich did a fantastic job of fitting us in at short notice. They followed the structural engineer drawings to remove an external wall and supporting internal wall to create a large open plan living space. They stuck to the agreed timelines and were always tidy. I will definitely use them again in the future.
