Explained the work that was required to be carried out and completed it within a couple of hours.

Fixed our misaligned uPVC back door 7/8 months ago, with a 12 month warranty. When the door recently stopped locking, they came back out and found a small adjustment was needed. Rather than just doing it, the engineer showed me how to do it myself in future. They take time to explain what went wrong and how to handle it going forward, which I really appreciated. Great communicators, great value, excellent service. Would highly recommend! Will definitely work with them again if needed in the future!

I had a set of patio doors that have not closed properly for a while now. Just Fair came out to review what the problem was. He took a good look and noticed that the hinges were damaged and the door was leaning. Amongst other issues. He gave me a really good quote on the hinges and the labour. When they came back to fix it. They were really thorough. Not only did they come and fix the issues that had been spotted, more were seen during the work. He spent the time to explain them to me and educate me on each of the minor details. Including showing me the difference, by getting me to look. Right at the end, when the guys were getting ready to go. He did one last check and noticed something else needed tweaking. I was massively impressed and think very highly of the work performed. I'll definitely be going straight to them, if anything arises again. I couldn't ask for anyone better. I highly recommend to everyone.

We got a very speedy response and they gave us a good quote for the work. They turned up on time and with great communication. The work was outstanding, despite being more complicated than they first thought, they kept to the initial quote. Exceptionally professional and they have my highest recommendation. They arrived on time and were very efficient in fixing both a window mechanism that was faulty as well as installing a new handle for a french door. They’re an excellent company and I would definitely recommend using Just Fair.
