    Shower mixer fitting

    During the job, he broke a pipe in the shower, which caused a leak from the mixer and behind the wall, resulting in a bathroom flood. Instead of addressing the issue, he attempted to conceal the leak with a towel before leaving. I paid him in full, but when we noticed the leak and tried to contact him, he ignored our messages and calls. Due to his negligence, we have incurred significant repair costs, stress, and inconvenience.

    I carried out work consisting of installing a Water stopper in a shower cubicle and a Shower Mixer in an existing installation. The installation had not been used for several years. After installing the mixer I showed the client that everything was working and there were no leaks. I finished the work at around 2pm. I received payment for the work done in the amount of £150. The client checked several times to make sure everything was working properly and there was no leak. In the evening, around 6pm the client started calling and sending information about the leak. Unfortunately I had no access to the phone over the weekend and was unable to fix the problem which occurred 4 hours after the work had been completed. I found out about this situation on Monday.

    Home renovation which involves- removing wall papers and paintings etc

    I used the trade person JustFixIt Tony who responded to my advert on the 29th of March 2024 to repair the crack in the wall of my house he did a good job. I contacted him to renovate my property in July 2024 We agreed on £4,000.00 to complete all the renovation downstairs in 10days Job started 25/08/2024 he has taken all the payments but job not completed He charged me £3500 to fit the new kitchen and the small toilet downstairs job half done He charged me £3800 and took £3000 for the renovation of upstairs job barely started I have a vulnerable teenager that struggles with change impacted

    Steel beam installation and making good.

    This tradesperson has to be the worse I have ever experienced, he was called for a steel beam installation and making good, his fair price and promptness before getting appointed convinced me to give him the job, but once receiving the initial money. It was a nightmare . He kept asking for more money without finishing the job. It took 3 weeks to do a horrible job now my flat is ruined and he has my house keys and he threatens me destroy the work if I don’t make extra payments. He even stole tools from the site and he still got my keys. Please stay away from this tradesman.

    Extremely fast construction of the extension, from foundation to roof with full finishing. It took only 2 months. No additional costs incurred.

    Steel installation

    I am so grateful and lucky to have found Tony of JustFixIt. Honest, decent and professional is how I would describe him. Very good price quoted for the work done. I have lost trust and confidence in builders as I've had some nasty experiences. I have now found somebody who has shown me that not all builders are the same.
