Very accommodating, quick response & polite & friendly,very pleased with the whole service

Josh was excellent. He kept us in the know about the progress on the bathroom and all work was completed to an incredible standard

Assessed the problem first, looking to see if a solution to fix it could be found but when it became obvious this was not possible, quoted fairly and promptly for a replacement and returned the next day to install. Neat, tidy and professional as usual.

Arranged for engineer to remove and replace leaking radiator. Just flow were professional and the job was completed 100% satisfactorily.

Great. Andy, my installer, was both professional, skilled and good humoured. All good. Julie at JFP was very efficient and a great communicator. All round, a great experience and would use them again.
