I had just moved into my new house, and both the tap in my kitchen and thermostat on the shower had broken. Mark was helpful professional and prompt when it came to sorting out both problems for me. Very honest as to how much it would cost, and made sure I was happy with the finished result. He also respected that I was on a budget. I cannot fault Mark in any aspect of the work and service. I will definitely be using this company again should I have any other issues with my home. Thank you so much Mark, I really appreciate your help!

Notwithstanding Mark completed the job in under 30 mins, he was also punctual, polite and engaging. Would definitely recommend him and use Mark again.

I've had Mark out a few times now to fix issues created by other companies and he's always really quick to work out what's going on and is excellent at explaining what went wrong and how he's going to fix it. Always trust that he'll do a good job and won't hesitate to call again when needed.
