9.75Verified ReviewThese lads are genuinely good lads. Their work ethic is brilliant. They worked really hard to design and landscape my garden. They did a 2 tier design, using railway sleepers to acr as a retaining wall. They also paved my drive. Top job lads. I'd recommend them for all your house improvements. Their pricing was competitive and good attention to detail in their work.

When I submitted the job on Checkatrade he phoned me immediately, asked me to submit my address details, which I did and then he scheduled a time to visit a few days later to quote but didn't turn up. Approx 1 month later he contacted me apologising, came to give quote, promised to visit a few days later to do the work but I got a call from him on the day saying he couldn't come but he could visit a couple of days later. Again same thing happened he fobbed me off with a pathetic excuse. So that's 3 times he's let me down. Disgusted at his lack of professionalism.

They examined the whole roof and made some instant repairs to help the water drain freely and we haven't had a problem since. Would highly recommend them.

9.25Verified ReviewJust Home Improvements were the first people to reply to my Checkatrade post and came round very quickly to quote. They were honest and open in everything (another company had exaggerated the work that needed doing) and soon gave me a reasonable price and date to do the work. They arrived early on the day and got straight to work, showing me photos/videos and evidence of what needed doing and explaining why. I've since had them back for more work and recommended them to others.
