  Renovated "church doors"

  We have a pair of 90 year old oak front doors, curved at the top and looking like a church entrance. The joints were sagging, and the bottom of each door was rotten. Jason removed each door, reconstructed the dowelled tenon and mortice joints and replaced the bottom 2 feet by scarfing on new oak. He also replaced the doorstep sill, which was rotten at both ends and was no longer attached to the doorframe, with new oak. We now have sound doors which open and close properly, yet retain some of their quirkiness because inevitably they are still slightly warped from years of sunshine and rain.

  New windowsills

  Jason was very friendly and even though I live in France he communicated quickly and arranged the work so that it would be completed by the time I arrived in UK. When I thought I had a problem at the end of the job he returned and together we worked out that the problem was with the double glazed window and not the windowsill. Everyone who has seen the job remarks on how good the new windowsills look. Thanks for all your help Jason.

  Very good quality work

  Jason is very friendly and easy to work with. He is happy to discuss what is needed and to problem solve! We had all new shelves in an airing cupboard and other cupboard doors fixed. Goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the work like adding shelf trims.

  Bespoke Summerhouse Doors and Windows

  The doors and windows were not a standard size and I had some very expensive quotes and an another carpenter not wanting to make them at all. Martin from the beginning was helpful visiting to measure twice and communicated the whole time. The doors and windows have been made to such a high standard with the best quality hinges and lock. They look absolutely fantastic and fit perfectly, the door closes so smoothly. His workmanship was to a very high standard and he worked really hard getting them fitted and treated. I would highly recommend him and his work.
