I called Ben to see if he could refit some tiles that had slipped down from my roof. He offered to come out to me the next day, which was brilliant as I was concerned the tiles would fall off in bad weather so time was of the essence. Absolutely fantastic service - very genuine, friendly and respectful guy. Fixed the job within minutes and was also able to give me a contact for another issue outside of his scope.
