Prompt response to our enquiry and a detailed quotation suplied. Jake was required to supply additional details to the insurance company which he did promptly. The wall rebuild was done in a professional and timely manner with passers buy commenting on the quality of the work. On completely the site was thoroughly cleaned.

Jake arrived early on the Friday and put levelling compound down . By Sunday a few area's were not dry, and cracks appeared where it had dried. I contacted Jake who said he would return Monday. By early Monday part of the levelling compound had popped up and come away from the floor underneath. I messaged Jake before arrival so he was prepared, he reassured me that he would sort out the problem. True to his word, Jake turned up removed the loose part and put a lot more levelling compound down. Second attempt seemed to settle and dry quicker. Finite cracks, no popping up, appears servicable

Jack was polite and courteous to us. He explained fully what needed to be done with different options for to decide what we preferred. He left the area clean and tidy when he finished job. Reliable and honest.
