Jake and his team were excellent, and did a great job of assessing and repairing our roof. Jake was always very responsive, professional and organised, and work was completed to a great standard. When we had an old tile (not one that Jake and his team fitted) slip during a storm a couple of days after Jake had done the rest of the roof, he came over and made the repair for no extra cost. I would definitely recommend using JVM.

Jake and his team replaced the crumbling mortar verge at both gable ends of my roof with a dry verge system. He clearly explained the process which was very reassuring and his quotation for the work was fair and reasonable. Jake is a very professional and skilled craftsman. He is also polite and considerate in keeping the noise to a minimum, as were his two apprentices. He kept me informed as work progressed using photos and videos. When the work was completed they cleared away all the debris and left everything tidy. I will definitely use Jake again and recommend him.

A reasonably small job not marked up unnecessarily. Jake was on time got right to the point and patched up a missing tile that came off during storm Dave. Particularly pleased there wasn't the all to common sucking of teeth at a three story townhouse, Jake just got on with the job and will certainly be considered for more roof maintenance work in the near future.
