    Replaced cold water header tank in airing cupboard

    I contacted JWG Plumbing as I found their number through Checkatrade for peace of mind. He came out and replaced my cold water header tank as the overflow was constantly dripping and I wanted the old tank replacing. The work initially seemed more complicated than thought as it was linked to my old back boiler heating system. He arrived on time and did the work in just over an hour, slightly different to how it was planned but everything seems OK. There were a few tidying up issues after but nothing that wasn't sorted.

    Toilet, sink, and external new waste fitting

    This is the second lot of work that Jay and David have done for me. It's been complicated because it is an old house and required some thought to get to the final solution. It required a lot of liaison between us, which has worked well. A recommended tradesman.

    Kitchen and bathroom first fix plumbing for a house refurbishment and re-routing a gas pipe.

    Jay and David have been great at solving some tricky situations in the refurbishment of an old property and retained a sense of humour. Jay is responsive and reliable and I will be using him for the next stage of work.

    Radiator Installation

    Prompt efficient service

    I needed 2 cast iron radiators taken out while a new floor was being laid and then the radiators replaced after the floor was finished. This job was split over 2 visits. On both occasions Jay was on time, efficient and friendly throughout. Jay was well prepared with all of the tools he needed. The jobs went smoothly with no concerns, Jay kept me informed of what he was doing and why. He was also very good with my dog.

    Outside Tap

    Jay was quick and professional. He replaced and fitted an outside tap on my house and it looks and works great! I would highly recommend JWG and will be using him again in the future.
