I recently hired J Wilkes to install some drainage at my property. Jamie was responsive to my initial query and quoted a fair price for the work. His team were punctual, carried out the work efficiently with no fuss and left the site clean and tidy. Jamie and the team rectified some awful work which had been done before. They were pleasant, clean and efficient. Everything didn't always go to plan but any hiccups were put right quickly and without question. Having indicated what was required and cost provided by Jamie, we discussed variations to the project and he provided technical input regarding alternatives way of achieving what we wanted including costs, method and materials. Quoted timescale was achieved ( the weather was fair) and work carried out to a high standard. Jamie and Rob did a very complicated landscaping, retaining walls and 3 tiered patios, they also set 6 posts for a pergola. The job was made more difficult because the garden is irregularly shaped. Communication was excellent, they started and finished the job when they said they would. We're really pleased with the end result - what a transformation! The job was priced fairly - the labour charge for was very competitive. Jamie and Rob are both very hard working, and Jamie has many years experience and is very skilled. Job location: HP4Brilliant job. Would highly recommend. They were tidy, polite and did a great job. They kept within the time scale provided and were reasonably priced. Sam and Temu were in particular brilliant, working extremely hard.8.5 Re-pointing of house external brickwork .
