James was excellent and I would definitely recommend him. After an initial visit to measure up and properly look at the job, he came around and built exactly what I was after (a bay window seat with storage underneath) and sorted out a couple of other bits and pieces (replacing skirting boards and tidying up some work done by others in the past). He was on time, courteous and didn't leave any mess, so no complaints at all.
