Joe was extremely professional from the quote through to fitting the carpets. He was helpful in advising us on our choices and kept us informed of a minor delay to one carpet and another which had been discontinued, all outsode of his control. Although Joe and his colleague Tom were in the house for several days, at no time did it feel intrusive. They worked really hard, but still stayed cheerful and smiley throughout. The job was completed to an extremely high standard and at a competitive price. I would thoroughly recommend Joe and would not hesitate to use JWL again.
