  Replacement of gate posts

John was quick to contact me regarding the job posted. Came to see work needed gave advice and guidance when needed and gave me a quote which was accepted. Very pleasant cheerful man, did not try pushing me to have anything else done. He and colleague came today and replaced my gate posts. They worked hard and cleared up afterwards and asked if I was satisfied with the work. Communication was very good as John contacted me when he was going to be late so that I did not worry that he was not turning up. They worked quickly and quietly and I would thoroughly recommend John and his team at JWL.

John is straightforward and fair priced

I really couldn’t recommend John and his lads enough or I really did like about him. Is he explained in detail exactly how the work was going to be completed from start to finish will definitely be using them again in the future as will my friends and family

Hedges cut and grass replaced with pebbles

I absolutely hate giving reviews and never do them. In this instance I feel I have no choice. This is company is overpriced and only do a mediocre job for the amount they charge. I was given bad advice and the job was never done properly. I am now going to have to find someone else to do the work and it is going to cost me even more. My phone calls and messages have been ignored and I have now been blocked. Definitely would not recommend this company.
