Highly recommended heating engineer.
Jack, at JW, could not have been more responsive with our underfloor heating issue. Asked all the right questions on the phone and asked for photos, so he knew what he had to deal with and what parts might be needed. Replaced the faulty valve and then also spoke to the specialist and organised for stage 2 to be completed. Really can’t recommend Jack enough. If you need a trustworthy and competent heating engineer, look no further!

We recommend Jake without hesitation. Not only was he incredibly efficient and professional, but he also went completely out of his way to help us when we were in a tight spot with our heating system. He is highly skilled and genuinely friendly and approachable. He took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done, worked quickly to resolve the issues, and left everything spotless. If you are looking for a reliable, honest, and top-tier plumber and heating engineer, look no further. We will definitely be using Jake again!

Boiler Service + Hive Thermostat Installation
Jack provided a prompt quote yesterday, he had availability and was subsequently booked in for today. Jack arrived on time and was polite and pleasant from the very beginning. He was friendly, professional and he completed the job as expected and communicated well throughout the job. The job was reasonably priced, he has multiple excellent reviews and he is local. We will definitely work with him again in the future and would highly recommend!

Boiler installation
The whole process was very smooth. Old boiler was removed and the new one installed. Everything was tidy and clean after work was completed. Communications were excellent throughout. Would recommend.
