    Great communication

    I recently hired Jamie from JW R Building Services for some plumbing work, and were really impressed from start to finish. Communication was clear, the quote was fair , and the plumbing work was completed on time as discussed . They kept the site tidy, checked in with me, and finished everything exactly as discussed.     Highly recommended for sub-floor and joist work

    Great work by Jamie and his team putting in telescopic air vents, replacing damp joists, honeycombing the supporting walls and removing debris which was harbouring damp. We were impressed by the clear desire to do everything to a high standard and always good communication.

    Reliable local tradesman

    Jamie provided a competitive quote and reasonable timelines to carry out the work. Team attended as scheduled and quickly assessed the task. There were a couple of complications which Jamie highlighted and rectified without issue and also carried out a couple of extra maintenance bits on our boiler without charge. Before leaving they tested and re-tested the newly installed radiators to ensure all working correctly. Overall very happy with work and the radiators look great.

  • I like taking on a variety of jobs I do love fault finding Leaks that are hard to find and damp and mold issues.
  • With many years of experience in all different types of properties and some commercial buildings as well I have a wide knowledge that I feel is key to deal with any job I undertake.

Also working alongside me is an experience bricklayer with over 20 years in blockwork traditional stonework and face brick work

We are also now doing a full survey service including drone service to check integrity of roof/ Guttering with no need of pricey scaffolding fully qualified drone pilot with a comercial license to fly for business purposes
