General rearrangement of plumbing and gas installation. New gas boiler

Jake is totally tops. I waited a while before giving him 11/10 in case something went pop. But it hasn’t. No hesitation in giving him the highest recommendation. Just be sure to have a quick boil kettle on the go and he will be putty in yiyr hands. I understand he likes a biscuit too!

New boiler installation

We used Jake to install a new boiler at our house and we were impressed by his knowledge, advice and professionalism. He also drained our heating system, removed all of the radiators and flushed each of them to remove any sludge. All of this was done without any residue on our carpets. His work was very neat and he organised our Vaillant 10 year warranty. We would certainly recommend him.

Replacing old faulty combi boiler with new model.

Our old boiler was faulty, turning off when firing up. Jake did a thorough inspection, stripping it down, diagnosing fault and provided a report (with photos). We had the option for overhauling the old boiler or replacing. Everything was explained in detail with clear options and good advice. Opted for a new efficient Vaillant ecoFIT. Everything was taken care of, a tricky install in a small space, rads and system flushed through. Jake is an approved Vaillant engineer, so we got an extended guarantee. I would highly recommend Jake, honest and straightforward to deal with, all explained well.

Jake was so helpful, courteous and efficient. He explained everything to me whilst servicing the boiler and checking the radiators. He also checked my sink for a leak and made recommendations for that. I would very much recommend him (as he was recommended to me).

Boiler service

Can’t recommend Jake, highly enough. Friendly, professional, helpful. Goes above and beyond I’m a first time flat owner and absolutely clueless as to boiler/plumbing care and services. Jake contacted the maker/suppliers of the boiler I have and checked for warranties etc, he explained the general care and how to check aspects myself. He also looked at a leaking tap for me and checked all my radiators etc. No hidden fees, VAT included in the quote. Great communication, swift message responses. I will definitely be using Jake again.
