Professional, efficient and excellent communications.
I can only say that my experience with JWR North East Roofing Ltd was absolutely outstanding. From start to finish I was hugely impressed by the efficiency, professionalism and delivery they achieved. Most importantly, John is an excellent communicator who gave me constant updates on when the job could be carried out. In that respect he leaves so many firms standing. Excellent service
JWR fitted a replacement roof for us. John communicated excellently, before and during the fitting. He was punctual and polite and did everything he said he would and more. The job he has done looks amazing and we would definitely go back to him if we needed something similar doing again.
